The Australian Academy of Health and Medical Sciences (AAHMS) is Australia’s learned academy for the health and medical sciences. It is made up of Australia’s most influential experts in health and medicine. It was founded in 2014 and its Fellows are elected by their peers: https://aahms.org/about/. As of 2023 it has 476 Fellows and is an interdisciplinary body whose aim is to advance research throughout Australia in the fields of health and medicine.
