Dr Freckelton AO KC is a nationally accredited mediator.
He mediates a variety of disputes, ranging from commercial to personal injury, governmental, corporate, familial and professional negligence. A hallmark of Dr Freckelton’s approach to mediation is his focus on identifying the essence of disagreements so as to facilitate the parties reaching a resolution which addresses as holistically and finally what has prompted disagreement.
Dr Freckelton did his initial training as a mediator with Professors Laurence Boulle and John Wade through Bond University in 2001 and thereafter obtained national accreditation as a mediator. In 2023 Dr Freckelton refreshed his qualifications by completing the Victorian Bar Lawyers’ Mediation Certificate.
